Hotel Landscape and Billboards. Motorcycle drivers, popularly known as “Boda-boda” began bringing hotel customers. Kitchen Staff were employed.
Various food and beverages were put on display. Electric fence was installed.

Hotel Garden was completed. More botanical trees were grown.
Food Village was opened.
Hotel Buildings were constructed on the mountain, giving an impressive view of Bunda Town from the top. Construction of infrastructure on the mountain top continued along with service buildings. Staircases leading to the mountain top were constructed.
A Man-like Tree was discovered. Hotel Billboard was painted on huge, gorgeous rock. Construction of a Parking Ground on the top of the mountain continued.
A 70-year-old tree was discovered growing firmly on an amazing rock. A canoe-like rock, estimated to weigh over 20 metric tons was discovered, resting on two huge, impressive rocks. A rock resembling an armoured tank was discovered.
Land Masters Hotel dates back from 2013 when it was opened in Bunda Town in the United Republic of Tanzania. The Founder and Managing Director of the Hotel is a Tanzanian national, Amon Mukangara, who is a Land Economist and an International Evangelist.
In the spirit of “east or west – home is best”, Mr. Mukangara, who resides in Tanzania’s Dar Es Salaam city, decided to develop a classic hotel in his hometown, Bunda, with a visionary contribution to the country’s Tourism and hospitality Industry.
